Description All organizations need to develop and maintain cybersecurity protocols that protect the data and privacy of individuals from cyberattacks and data breaches. This microcredential program is designed specifically for non-technical learners and professionals from all industries and sectors who want to develop an awareness of the domestic and international cybersecurity governance landscape so that they can assist their organizations to develop sound cybersecurity governance protocols. Upon completion of the program, learners will be able to identify weaknesses and gaps in cybersecurity protocols and identify ways to mitigate risk of attacks and breaches, determine what organizations need to do to comply with evolving regulatory environments, recognize the impact that emerging technologies like artificial intelligence are having on the cybersecurity governance landscape, and promote the development of ethical and inclusive cybersecurity governance protocols.
