Description This is a capstone course where learners will be drawing on and applying their prior learning from the TLHE program. The course offers learners an introduction to action research that focuses on their own teaching or interest in teaching.

During this fourteen-week course, learners will engage with the fundamentals of classroom-focused action research, and inquiry-based approaches to education. Learners will design a classroom-based action research project that focuses on their own teaching practices, methods, or styles in their teaching discipline or field of interest.

This culminating course will offer learners the opportunity to share how they have developed as a facilitator via a presentation on their educational e-Portfolio that they have contributed to throughout the TLHE program.
In line with the focus of the TLHE program, this course emphasizes learner-centered, reflective practice, technology and global citizenship and equity approaches to teaching and learning.
