Description The Retirement Planning course was created as a response to the increase in male and female life expectancy, which has resulted in retirement planning becoming ever more more important in preparing individuals' overall financial plans. This course will ensure that you have obtained the tools and skills needed to prepare retirement plans for your prospective clients.

You will examine and learn to review various sources of income at retirement including Government Sponsored Retirement Income Programs, Employer Sponsored Pension Plans, Deferred Profit Sharing Plans and Personal Savings Plans. You will also come to understand how to incorporate these into retirement savings plans and post-retirement income plans. This Program is offered in partnership with CIFP Canadian Institute of Financial Planners.
