Description | Projects are by definition a unique endeavour and, as a result, there are normally legal considerations that affect the implementation of a project. This course examines the tendering process, contract management and intellectual property. You will study legal procedures from a theoretical and practical standpoint and learn to prepare key documents such as specifications, bid packages, evaluation documents and contracts. A key aspect of this course is developing an understanding for the practical limits of the legal process and strategies for avoiding this process. |
