Description Data for Public Relations Professionals, is the second in the series of micro-credentials on Data Fluency for Communicators. It offers 12 online synchronous sessions that guide students in applying knowledge of google analytics and Hootsuite to public relations practice. Each lecture uses experience-based learning activities of measuring different parts of pubic relations ranging from earned media, social network referrals, owned properties to paid media. Lectures also offer hands-on practice of using google analytics to make smarter decisions from defining the target audience to measuring results based on real metrics.
