Description This program is intended to provide the required knowledge and skills for adult learners currently employed or seeking employment in compliance departments in regulated industries. Compliance regulations flow from legislation that often impacts a broad cross-section of industries which include: banking/financial services; insurance; real estate; investment companies, and not-for-profit organizations. The curriculum will include an introduction to the legal framework, governance and compliance requirements for regulated industries; risk management and assessment; communications; meeting compliance requirements; preparing for an audit; as well as good governance practices.

Admission Domestic Students must be 19 years of age or older to get in to this program. No other requirements are necessary.
