Students will examine foundational AI concepts and their application across planning, sourcing, manufacturing, logistics, and distribution. Through industry examples and guided learning activities, students will assess how artificial intelligence (AI) can support demand forecasting, inventory optimization, anomaly detection, predictive maintenance, route optimization and automation in supply chain environments. Students will also evaluate opportunities, limitations, risks, and ethical considerations associated with AI adoption in supply chain practice.
