| Description: | This course is designed to incorporate the principles and concepts gained from the Teaching and Training Adults program, to expand the students' understanding of assessment/evaluation within the curriculum design/development/delivery and adult learning. A variety of types of evaluation will be studied in order to illustrate how to meet the needs of various learners. Additionally, students will learn a variety of strategies to evaluate the teacher/trainer as well as the program, resources, and facilities involved in a variety of learning events. |
