| Description: | Project management software increases the ability of the project manager to work more efficiently. The functions of project planning and scheduling, resource allocation and costing, progress monitoring and reporting are explored in detail. Through the application of project software tools and techniques students develop the skills required to manage successful projects. Course software requirements: MS Project 2016. Student access to MS Project 2016 software for the duration of the 14 week course is critical to the success of the course. Software will not be provided. Students will be responsible for ensuring they have access to the software. Textbook required can be checked when the student has course access. |
