|Description||This course describes how you apply Scrum in various types of software development, including developing complete software packages, and developing parts of bigger systems. The audience for Scrum can be external customers or internal users.
The course describes the main components such as the three roles: Scrum Master, Scrum Product Owner, and Scrum Team. The course discusses scrum events such as sprint planning meetings, and explains the difference between a Scrum Master and the traditional Project Manager.
