Description This course will prepare Child Care Administrators to develop, implement and communicate a vision and philosophy for child care service based on current principles of child development and learning. You will develop skills to ensure that a centre's environment is physically/emotionally safe, non-judgmental, welcoming and respectful. Throughout this course there will be a focus on how an administrator works with staff to ensure an effective learning environment for children.
