Description	Centennial College is proud to announce its Paralegal Licensing Examination Prep Course. This course provides preparation assistance for students who are sitting the Ontario Paralegal Licensing Examination as administered by the Law Society of Ontario (LSO). Students will be provided with a review the licensing application process, the purpose and structure of the examination, and the rules, protocols and procedures expected of candidates on examination day. Emphasis will then be placed upon developing effective study strategies including how to become a skilled reader and note-taker, how to efficiently organize LSO examination material and how to schedule study time. We will also explore the myths surrounding the examination, the types of questions to expect (independent and scenario based) and we will discuss the importance of building a network of contacts. The course will conclude with a timed mock examination followed with results and individualized feedback.
