Description If you're a motorcycle enthusiast who wants to develop an understanding of electrical systems and components. This module will examine ignition systems (including points, CDI and transistorized systems), charging systems, starting circuits as well as lights and signal circuits. But instead of just learning through lectures, you'll also have the opportunity to complete practical lab work that will ensure you're confident with all of the tasks and topics, which also include basic electrical theory and magnetism, Ohms Law, the use of digital multi-meters, motorcycle charging systems, lights and signals, the starting system, wiring diagrams and batteries.

Please note: CSA-approved safety boots and safety glasses will be required for admission to all lab classes. Failure to comply in any lab will result in a temporary dismissal from the class.
