This course will include a brief introduction of food cooked in traditional methods, storytelling around a fire, family style cooking, one pot meals, food security and how the land relates to the culture and the people to a place. This video-rich virtual course will include demonstrations using a traditional outdoor wood stove and will cover outdoor cooking techniques, recipes and the benefits of supporting our communities through food.
