Description: | CCNA 2 continues the exploration of network architecture, components, and operations. The course teaches router, switch, and wireless LAN configuration, link aggregation, network redundancy, and basic device security. This is the second of three courses that are designed to provide the knowledge and skills necessary for successful completion of the Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) examination. By the end of this course, students will be able to configure, troubleshoot, and resolve common issues with IPv4 and IPv6 addresses, inter-VLAN routing, and wireless access points. Once the student has completed the course, the student will reliably demonstrate the ability to: 1. Describe path determination and the route lookup process 2. Configure and troubleshoot IPv4 and IPv6 static routes 3. Create and route between logically separate VLANs 4. Implement EtherChannel, VLAN trunking, and inter-VLAN routing 5. Explain first hop redundancy protocols and configure HSRP 6. Configure and troubleshoot DHCP and SLAAC 7. Configure and secure wireless networks |
