Description | This program provides both the necessary general knowledge and specific skills to function effectively in a human resource management capacity. The program is designed to meet the needs of practitioners, as well as those interested in entering the field. Upon successful completion, you will have satisfied the academic requirements for the Certified Human Resource Professional (CHRP) designation issued by the Human Resources Professionals Association of Ontario (HRPAO) and be eligible to write the Professional exams. |

Notes | 1. Students must successfully pass each course in the program, and maintain an overall average of 60% (GPA of 2.0) to graduate
